China’s central government has stopped offering Windows 10 as an option in major computer purchases, accelerating a long-running shift toward domestically developed operating systems. Recent procurement results list Kylin, UnionTech UOS and Zhongke Fangde across new desktops and notebooks, while the specially produced government edition of Windows 10 is marked as unavailable.
