You know that STRENGTH is KEY to LONGEVITY, but it’s more than just BUILDING MUSCLE. NO SINGLE NUMBER can quantify how strong you are now or how strong you’ll be years from now. Max deadlift, sit-to- stand test, grip strength, 12-minute run test—science shows that, yes, all these data points correlate with longevity.
