The YouTube app for Android (tinyurl.com/APC562yt) and iOS (tinyurl.com/APC562ytio) has added the useful ability to share timestamped clips. This means you can link to specific moments in videos, so the people you share them with don’t have to watch from the start. To try the new feature, pause a YouTube video at the point you want it to play from, then tap the Share button. You’ll see the timestamp in the top-right corner of the Share panel.
