London artist KENDALL CLARKE specializes in woven paper textiles. She set up her own studio at London’s Cockpit Arts in 2019 and is known for her finely woven pieces and experimental techniques. Her journey began humbly when a move to the Sussex countryside led to her keeping her own small flock of sheep. With no takers for the fleece, she decided to learn how to weave it herself. Soon, she was exhibiting her work internationally. Finding My Artistic Voice An aptitude for words and languages led me to study French and German at university and to then work as commissioning editor for Oxford Dictionaries rather than pursuing an artistic career. …
