原文开头
Nanoparticles hold Alzheimer’s hope A drug made of nanoparticles and antibodies created nerve cells from another type of brain cell, which relieved symptoms in a model of Alzheimer’s disease, finds Carissa Wong NEURONS have been created from a different type of brain cell that usually supports them. Nerve cell death is a hallmark of Alzheimer’s disease, but a cage of nanoparticles containing antibodies converted astrocytes, a type of brain cell, into neurons in mice with a version of the condition.
