The AI Boom Is a Dilemma for Retail Investors Many retail investors are already along for the ride, given that about a third of the S&P 500 is made up of tech giant stocks. So far it’s been a good deal, with the Nasdaq gaining about 40% in the past year, driven by AI-related shares.
