The American Film Market is widening its traditional role as a meeting place for independent producers, distributors and international buyers. Its 2026 edition will provide a larger presence for artificial intelligence and technology companies seeking to place their tools inside film development, financing, production and distribution. The expansion builds on the Innovation Hub introduced in 2025 with support from the Marché du Film. That first program brought nine companies into the market for demonstrations and discussions covering AI-assisted production, finance, localization and audience analysis.
