Inside an unassuming office park, Pacific Fusion Corp. is assembling a pulser module, a tubelike device roughly the length of a city bus, studded with hundreds of phone-book-size capacitors that store electricity. The futuristiclooking mechanism, plus 155 more just like it, will be installed at the $1 billion demonstration site that Pacific Fusion just started building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. …
