劳拉·皮皮希的Oppo A55用了近四年后，电池耗电加快、存储几乎占满、处理器明显变慢，拍照和打开应用都有延迟。她在手机设置中关闭动画效果后，应用瞬间打开，相机快门延迟也消失了，旧手机感觉像新的一样。关闭动画并不能真正提升处理器性能，但能让CPU不再忙于加载动画，这样或许还能让旧手机再用至少一到两年。
