Here, we introduce NJU120-6, a newly discovered stable silicate zeolite featuring a cylindrical mesoporous channel system defined by the currently largest 36-ring windows, with free diameters of 25.71 Å by 19.12 Å. This silicate zeolite possesses the lowest framework density of 9.39 T atoms per 1000 Å3 among all known four-coordinated crystalline oxide frameworks with a record-high pore volume of 0.66 cm3 g−1. It remains thermally stable up to 1173 K, can incorporate aluminum across a broad Si/Al range (from pure silicate down to Si/Al = 44.4), and delivers high catalytic activity in cracking processes. Titanium can also be incorporated into the framework through direct hydrothermal crystallization, broadening its applicability in catalytic processes involving bulky molecules. …
