Uber is broadening its ambitions well beyond ride-hailing, but the company says it has no interest in becoming a bloated “everything app.” Instead, its strategy is centered on services that naturally fit the way people travel, move, shop, and earn money, with artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles playing increasingly important roles.
