Japan’s robotics industry is taking another major step toward artificial intelligence-powered machines as Fujitsu and several of the country’s leading robotics companies adopt Nvidia’s AI platforms to accelerate the development of what the industry increasingly calls “physical AI.” The initiative combines Nvidia’s rapidly expanding robotics software and accelerated computing technologies with Japan’s long-established expertise in industrial automation, manufacturing, and humanoid robotics.
