You Only Live Twice isn’t the best James Bond film. It’s also not the first Bond film I saw — that was Thunderball — but it is the Bond film I've seen most times in cinemas. A big release in 1967 (when I was eight), I saw it three or four times over the next five years — several times on value-for-money double double-oh-seven bills.
