Google is testing a new organizational feature for Gemini called “Projects,” designed to help users group and manage conversations more effectively. The feature mirrors folder-style systems already available in other AI chat platforms, allowing chats to be sorted into structured categories rather than remaining in a single chronological feed. Although development on Projects reportedly began late last year, the feature has only recently started appearing for select users. At this stage, it appears to be in a limited testing phase and is not yet fully functional.
