MIKE FIGGIS HAS been in training for Empire’s Time Capsule for the past year or so, it seems. “I’m making a film right now in Seoul and Tokyo,” the Cumberland-born director tells us, “and it’s combined with archives from the past 45 years that I’ve shot on video or film or whatever.
